Noel Q Cowsert

Mr. Noel Q. Cowsert, 70, of Sebring, died Monday afternoon at his residence.  Noel was born to Daniel Thomas and Meredith (Cornell) Cowsert in Rosiclare, IL on August 15, 1949.  He had lived in this area for 27 years having moved here from Equality, IL.  Noel served in the US Army and was retired from Ozark Mahoning since 1995.  He was a member of VFW Post 9853.  Noel was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Arlene Herrin and brothers, Deward and Bruc Cowsert.  He is survived by his daughter, Pamela Rogers; 3 sisters, Bernice Horton, Dema Flynn and Creda Hubbard; 2 brothers, Glenn and Danny Cowert; 2 grandchildren, Alexander James Knight and Collin Lee Reed.
