Charles “Craig” Cloud, 74, of Avon Park, went to His heavenly home on January 24, 2026, after a valiant battle with cancer in the presence of his home and surrounded by love.
Born to Charlie and Doris Cloud on November 2, 1951, Craig, as everyone knew him, was preceded in death by his beloved wife of over 40 years, Audrey, both parents, siblings Ralph, John and Charlane.
He is survived by his brothers, Philip (Caroline) Cloud and David (Darlene) Cloud, and sisters, Cathy (Terry) Lutz and Wilma (Bill) Howland.
His legacy continues through his children, daughter Kristen, grandson Hunter, son Craig, grandsons Kia’Kai and Konalu, daughter, Christy (Kevin) Keel, granddaughter Kadi, great grandson Miles, daughter Jennifer (Joe) Debree, granddaughter Emily, great grandsons Deacon and Wesley and grandson Jojo.
Craig played a vital role on many projects during his tenure in the construction industry. He was also an amazing welder and completed many projects throughout Highlands County.
He will be remember for his resilience and ability to find solutions to any problem. He was a monumental man that will be immensely missed by all who knew and loved him.
He requested for no memorial service/ A placement in the columbarium at Bougainvillea Cemetery is planned for a later date.
