Shelley Theresa Boothby, 67, of Sebring, passed away on May 14, 2025 at AdventHealth Sebring.  She was born on November 23, 1957 in Syracuse, New York  to Kenneth Stanley and Helen Loraine (Popp) Kellar.  She spent most of her life in Florida and over 30 years in this area.  She is survived her son, William Kellar; siblings, Donna, Ronnie, Donald, Dawn, Patricia, Kenneth and Kevin; and one grandchild.
