Paula Ann Scott, 58, of Avon Park, passed away on Thursday afternoon at AdventHealth Sebring.  She is a lifelong resident of Avon Park and graduated Avon Park High School in 1979.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Avon Park. Paula enjoyed sewing, reading and spending time with her granddaughters.  She was preceded in death by her daughter, Shannon Scott and mother, Jeanette Gordon.  She is survived by her husband, Terry Scott; father, Earl Gordon; daughter, Teresa (Ray) Crooks; two sons, Arron and Jacob Scott; two sisters, Ramona Gordon and Glenda Newgent; brother, Buddy Gordon; two granddaughters, Khloea and Raelyn Crooks; and many other beloved family members.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at 6:00 pm at the First Baptist Church, Avon Park.  Visitation will begin at 5:00 prior to service.  Interment will be private in Bougainvillea Cemetery
