Lyndsay Reneé Serey, 23, of Sebring, died Friday morning, June 15, 2018 in West Frostproof.  She was born October 17, 1994 in Huntington, West Virginia growing up in Ashland, Kentucky before moving to Sebring in 2003. Lyndsay was a 2013 graduate of Sebring High School where she was involved in many activities, especially Cheerleading.  She graduated 2017 Polk State College with her A.A. degree and was accepted into Respiratory Program at Polk State.  Lyndsay had also earned her phlebotomy certificate in 2017.  She was a server at The Wateringhole, teaching line dancing on Tuesday nights.  Lyndsay loved life and all it offered, hanging with family and friends, going to the beach and scuba diving.  She was a member of St. Agnes Episcopal Church.  She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, William and Veronica Serey and sister, Heather Serey Wilson.  She is survived by her mother, Tonya (Randy) Chancey and father, William (Nancy) Serey; 3 sisters, Gena Serey, San Jose, CA, Lauren Serey, Key West, FL and Alexis Chancey, Sebring; brother, Clayton Chancey, Bourbon, Indiana; one nephew, Mitchell Wilson, Crosslanes, West Virginia; her horse, Cash and German Shepherd, Mira.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday morning, June 23, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the amphitheater at Highlands Hammock State Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Agnes Episcopal Church, Sebring.
