Joseph "Butch" Alphonse, of Sebring, FL died December 5, 2023 at his home. A native of Rochester, NY he had lived in Sebring for several years. Butch was an avid golfer, sports fan, loved to travel on cruises and was an active member in his church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Josephine, sister, Rosalie Hill and son, Richard Alphonse. Surviving Butch are his daughter, Michele Alphonse (Rick Holt); granddaughter, Ericka; grandson, Joe; daughter-in-law, Kara; nephew, Mike Hill; niece, Heidi Sweet (Dale) and many grand-nieces, cousins and friends. A celebration of life service will be scheduled at a later date.
