Jeanne V. Hensel, 87, of Avon Park, died on January 9, 2019 at Royal Care of Avon Park.  Born September 23, 1931 to Charles and Mae (Busch) Vurpillat in Oak Park, Illinois. Before moving to Avon Park in 1997, 10 years was spent in Fremont, WI. She was a retired letter carrier for the US Postal Service.  Jeanne enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, cooking but golfing was her favorite pastime. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary, American Legion Post 69, Avon Park.  She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Robert Hensel; two daughters, Sharon Marcum and Sue Pinkos; son, Bruce Hendrickson; two grandchildren, Chad and Casey Martyn; great grandson, Chase.
