Jeanette M. Hoffman, 92, of Avon Park, passed away Friday afternoon at Somers Hospice House, Sebring, FL.  A native of Canton, OH she had lived in Avon Park for over 30 years moving from Hartville, OH.  She was a member of First Baptist Church, Avon Park.  Jeanette was preceded in death by her husband Paul Hoffman in 2003 and brother Donovan Bohaychyk.  She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia (Ted) Williams and son, Kevin (Bobbi)  Hoffman; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  Visitation will be Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Fountain Funeral Home from 2 until 4.  Graveside services will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park, Canton, OH on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 10:00 AM.
