Franklin Lewis Pillsbury, 90, of Sebring, FL, died Friday, May 12, 2017, at Sunny Hills Assisted Living Facility in Sebring,  Franklin retired from the Anne Arundel County Police Department in 1985.  He is survived by his daughter, Sandi Austin and her husband, Terry; son, Mark Pillsbury (Lee Edwards, Chris and Amanda), and grandson, Andrew Pillsbury.  A memorial service is planned for Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Assembly of God Church, Sebring, FL.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions in celebration of Franklin L. Pillsbury, be made to the charity of your choice.
