David Carson Crosby, 41, of Avon Park, was found on June 6, 2019 after a drowning accident.  He was born in Bartow, FL and had lived in Frostproof most of his life.  He attended Union Congregational Church in Avon Park.  He loved spending time with his children and family.  He loved fishing and enjoyed going out and shooting.  He is survived by his wife, Jamie Stalvey; mother, Jean Madden; father, Donald Crosby; two sons, Lucas Levi Crosby (11) and Jeremiah Blake Crosby (6); step-daughter, Kaitlyn Morgan Dunson; sister, Jacqueline; brother, Matt; two half - brothers, Jaye and Sean; 2 step - sisters, Lindy and Sharon,; and many other loving family members.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.
