Daniel Joseph Rutherford, Sr., 74, of Avon Park, died December 18, 2023 at Somers Hospice House.  A native of Roda, Virginia he had lived in this area after retiring from the steel industry.  He was a US veteran.  He is survived by his son, Daniel.
