Carol Ann Mahota, 86, passed away on Tuesday, March 12th, at home surrounded by family.  She was born in Putnam, CT to Edmond & Rosamond Chapdelaine.  Carol was a homemaker and also worked at Day Kimball Hospital while raising her family.  She moved to Florida with her husband in 1982.  They resided in N. Palm Beach until 1990 when they moved to Avon Park.  She enjoyed many activities including water and snow skiing, golfing, bowling, and traveling in their motor coach.  Carol was preceded in death by her husband Herbert C. Mahota, daughter, Vicki Malek, son, Daniel Jay Williams, stepson, Herbert C. (Patty) Mahota, Jr., 2 stepdaughters, Patricia Tonken and Joanne Cyr.  She is survived by her daughters, Donna Armstrong and Robyn LeDoux, grandchildren, Justin LeDoux and Amber LeDoux, great grandson, Conor LeDoux; stepchildren, Kenneth (Linda) Mahota and Nancy Mahota, 6 stepgrandchildren, 4 step great grandchildren.  Memorial services will be held at a later date.
