Ann R. Smith Hogan, 82, of Sebring passed away, Wednesday evening, December 7, 2022.  Ann was born December 3, 1940 to Eric and Margaret (Carroll) Ryder in Lynn, MA.  She had lived in same home in Andover for 60 years then moving to Sebring just a few months ago.  Ann was a librarian at the City of Andover Library and a loving housewife.  She is survived by her children, Susan, Richard, Katherine and Johnathon; brother, Eric; 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
